It’s nice to know how safe my belongings are at the Atlantic Self Storage near Nease HS. The customer service that I received, especially from Chris was top notch. After walking in and meeting Chris he made me feel extremely comfortable. I made a wonderful choice in storing my precious belongings with them. I do have a storage unit facility closer to me, but after walking in there to receive some information (pricing, etc.) Chris won me over. Thank you so much to Atlanta Self Storage and to Chris.

I know what you're thinking - storage units are pretty much all the same, right? If you want an example of the best customer service EVER, Chris at Atlantic Storage is the model every company should be striving to emulate. When trying to select a storage company, I called all around St. Augustine and even over the phone Chris was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and is the reason I booked at this location. In person, it's even more apparent that it's not just an act, he's super friendly, and extremely helpful. Of the many examples I could provide, one of the u-haul boxes I had pack just fell apart. Thankfully, Chris had a more durable box available for sale but was kind enough to tape it for me. It doesn't seem like much but I genuinely appreciated not having to buy a roll of tape just to seal one box. I ran out of space in the unit I booked and Chris came back after hours just to make sure I was setup properly instead of passing me off to someone else. The storage units themselves were clean, climate control appears to work, and everything was reasonably priced. They provide a starter kit with lock and a plastic wrap to cover the top of your stuff when you purchase a unit which was a nice touch. Everything was transparent, and what they would be responsible were clearly defined. I cannot stress how easy and smooth the entire process was from start to finish thanks to Chris. Definitely recommend if you need a storage location.
